top glass got cracked, it has not warranty from the manufacturing company, not only that, but the top glass has been discontinued from samsung, and cannot be replaced. we bought this product 2 years ago, and now is useless. new potential buyers, be aware. please do not hide this review.

This range is absolutely beautiful in my newly remodeled kitchen! The features are amazing as well. The only complaint about the Air Fryer mode is that it takes longer than what we are used to. We owned a small phillips air fryer and got used to how quick it would cook. This range's air fryer tends to take longer and so we are still adjusting. Other than that, it will not disappoint you. Easy to use as well.

We are pleased with the purchase of the Samsung Duo range but have several items of concern. First is the glass cook top - it is too easy to scratch and is difficult to polish to get the smudges removed. We have purchased special cleaning supplies and it does help. Second is we have a service call for the Duo oven divider not activating as needed and have waited two weeks for a call from the assigned service company and I cannot even get a return call to my voicemails. This may be an isolated poor company. Overall it has been good.

We’ve had this rang for a few months now and are very pleased with the various features, along with the double oven capability. Some areas that could be more useful: - The control knob lighting is poor. Settings are impossible to see clearly. - When cleaning around the controls, everything comes on, even though there is no intent to use the controls. Likewise, whenever the oven door is opened, even if just to place something in the oven. - The fan in the convection oven is a bit noisy. - The upper oven has to be used as a convection oven only.
