Purchased on web, unseen, untouched. I was hesitant to choose electric because of my last one (purchased 20:years ago. Gas last 11 years). I am amazed at the many advances in technology. This is a great range (so far). I prepared supper in 15 min, compared to 30 min on gas. Am looking forward to many more pleasant experiences. Cleans up with a quick wipe.

We are exclusively a Samsung family. All of our appliances as well as televisions and sound bars are all Samsung and we have never had a problem with them. I only wish that the manufacturers warranty was longer than one year, but that is kind of standard throughout the industry now, which is unfortunate.

I bought this to replace a gas range, and I am happy I did! I have nothing bad to say about it - it is pretty, easy to clean, and most importantly it cooks/bakes well. My bread turns out perfectly - and I love the proof setting. The burners are surprisingly responsive for an electric cooktop - a big pasta pot boils water quickly. The fingerprint-proof finish is excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending this range - it is a beauty.
