purchased my range in november but arrived damaged. samsung was great in getting a new one; it was worth it because the finish of this one was prettier than the original. i had the issue where the control panel froze. i downloaded the firmware and thought it was working but i had the freezing issue. trick to resolving - power cycle. after power cycling i have not had the control panel to freeze again. stovetop control cooks fast and efficiently and so does the oven. i love that i can control my oven from my smartthings app or through alexa. overall this is a great machine. only suggestion i have is that it would be great to have a reset button or a power button on the range as it is wifi and it is a pain that in order to power cycle you have to pull the range out and unplug it.

the range works ok, the panel stopped working after 2 months however customer service help solved the issue. no matter how i clean, the class cooktop always have residues along the heating rings and not easy to clean at all. “i received compensation for this review but the review is my own”.

we received this range on the 28 of december and have been using it for almost 3 weeks. everything works perfectly. we love having the wifi feature to be able to use the smart things app with it. i especially like how it tells the oven's current internal temperature as it is preheating and while it is in use.

overall we are very happy with our new samsung line. why 4 stars and not 5 stars, when they installed, they gave no instructions, also no handbook and our wifi smart connection is not available (we don't need this). seriously a great working stove. what we really missing, what we will recommend, looking for convection oven next time.
