i have had nothing but problems with this range. it was delivered with a big dent on the right side of the panel. but i still accepted it with a slight discount. couple days ago, we heard a loud popping sound, after that, the induction cooktop stopped working. and an error code c-f0 shows up on the digital display. so, i have a brand new range that's not working at all now. i have scheduled a service with samsung, but their local repair center just told me that they don't have the parts needed. and they don't know when they will get the parts. this is the absolutely worst experience i have with any kitchen appliances. i would not recommend this product to anyone.

We had a similar model stove before we got this one. I didn’t expect it to be that much different. Once it arrived and we got the correct pans, it was like magic! We can boil water in close to two minutes. Dinner cooks so much faster when the pan is already ready to go as soon as you turn the burner on. I love that it’s safe around my kids because the burner does not get hot. The top stays very clean because even if you spill something on it, it doesn’t get burnt and stuck to it. I’m not sure I’ll ever go back to a traditional oven. This one is amazing and I’m so happy I got it!

i can't say enough about how well this range functions. i must admit that i was apprehensive about buying a samsung range but after 2 months of regular use, it's a gem. excellent control in all its operating modes. easy to clean. the split oven is brilliant. this is a range that costs more but it is worth every penny.

Amazing oven from the start. I love everything about this oven. The smooth induction cook top. Convection and conventional cooking/ baking options, air fryer, temperature probe, wifi enabled... this thing does it all. Water goes from cold to boiling in no time. A true time saver. I meal prep from 2 families and this has made everything easier for me. Thank you Samsung for this great product!!

I was so excited to get an induction stove even after waiting so long to get it, I had to boil water just so I could test it out. My first experience using it was a learning curve. Just a simple pasta dinner but I walked away before turning down the pasta and had a large boil over. I was really upset that I had made this huge mess on my brand new stove and it seems the lip isn't is large as my old stove so I did have some on the floor. But it was worth it. It took no time to clean the large boil over from the stove top. Even after cooking for Thanksgiving it looks untouched. I was afraid I wouldn't like the convertible oven instead of the 2 separate ovens I was used to but there are advantages there as well. Its nice to have a full size cooking space when you are doing a large turkey.
