I have had 3 of the tops replaced due to imperfections that would not clean. In addition, it is impossible to clean. In order to clean inside the glass on both ovens, the doors have to removed and all new glass installed. Work ever oven I ever had in 50 years

Love oven!!!! I could cook 3 pizzas at once and they were done at the same time!! The bottom oven is convection and makes the best cookies!!! Highly recommended oven.

Longest preheat very. Used the rapid preheat and it still takes 15mins to reach 350F. Higher temps take extremely longer. 400F will take 30 mins, so not energy efficient. Spoke to customer support who told me that this is normal. Never would have bought this oven if I'd known how long it takes to preheat the oven since I use the oven a lot. My 20 year old oven only took 4 mins so this is a shock for me. Not happy with this purchase.
