This was an upgrade for us, went from a seperate oven and stovetop to this all-in-one range unit. GE does not disappoint! I love the double oven feature, the pre-heat function is awesome because it preheats very quickly. The oven is well insulated, so the whole kitchen does not get too hot when using. The control knobs work great, easy to understand the function of all the knobs and buttons. I love the different musical sounding tones that notify you when the timer is done, or the oven has reached proper temp. Good job GE!

I chose this oven because, as a double oven, it actually had heating elements on the top and bottom of both oven compartments. All of the competing brands that I saw had a top element in the top compartment, and a bottom element in the lower compartment, which strikes me as less than ideal. The controls are simple and intuitive.
