Enamel in upper oven cracked after initial “seasoning”. The replacement was approved by an automated voice but I was left on hold after being instructed to press 1 to speak to representative. Had to give up on call and will certainly never buy another kitchenaid. Customer service is poor and if they are too busy to get to a call they initiated, there must be a lot of defective appliances out there!
