Purchased this unit for our new home. Installed, quit working immediately. Consistently quits when using oven first, then microwave. Shows error codes E011 and E032. Only fixable by switching the breaker on and off. I contacted Bosch, who told me they can't find those codes, which I find strange. I was referred to a local repair shop. Meanwhile, oven starts working normally again for about a month, I was hoping we were in the clear. But it started acting the same way this week, so I'll be reaching out again. Really disappointed- this wasn't a cheap purchase and such a headache!

Our microwave suddenly started arcing and sparking. It has a strange electrical burning smell. Of course we can't use it now. Very, very disappointing. Having a hard time getting warranty service.

Have had this oven since May 2021 after ordering in November 2020. Pandemic delays aside, this "combination" unit is two very different units next to each other. The digital displays on the microwave and oven are completely different fonts and brightness (you absolutely cannot see the microwave display) and it looks terrible. No special features at all for the price of the combination. It would be cheaper to spring for a better microwave and better single wall oven in your space than this. Convection features work great and microwave function is typical.
