this oven has been perfect for my small family of four. i've had it for over 2 years now, and since most of our baking typically only requires half the oven, the split functionality has been ideal. the oven heats up quickly, food cooks quickly, and with the addition of steam, meats stay moist and bread comes out perfect every time. i can't speak to other's experience in setting up the oven, but i found it to be a breeze, and getting it added to the samsung smartthings hub has helped me avoid keeping the over on all night a couple of times that i forgot to turn it off (got distracted by the kids and forgot to turn it off).

oven works fabulous on convection and steam functions, however it will not maintain its temp on plain old bake. if you need to open the oven even for a very short time to chek something all of the heat escapes very quickly and it will not come back up to temp. if you try and resetting the temp it automatically preheats and burns what is baking. have to reset oven between every batch of cookies to bring it back to temp. bakes wonderfully if you never have to open oven but that is not realistic, especially if trying new recipes. also does not maintain its temp for anything over 20 min. would not buy samsung appliances again. fridge is being repaired after a year and a half and oven frustrates me continuosly.

since oct 2020 i have been trying to get samsung to repair the temperature sensor since the oven never gets up to 375 degree (it stays at 268 degrees). none of samsungs service companies will service a wall oven! i have repeatedly asked for a refund since this is a lemon! i have not had use of this oven due to the temperature issues. do not buy samsung products!!!

I love the black stainless look of the oven. The oven racks are very sturdy and like the fact the middle rack can be glided out. It's perfect when putting food into the oven. The feature to make oven into two ovens is great as well. I'm new to convection oven but this feature is awesome. Food cooks faster so you need to adjust cooking time. There are multiple cooking features you can use. Steam option works well when cooking vegetables or a healthy dish. It's very easy to select temperature and timer via the touchscreen. Overall this is a great oven. I love love love it and highly recommend it.

We had an old oven prior to getting this one. It would take forever to get to 350. This oven looks beautiful, the black stainless looks so good. It heats up very quickly, especially when using the flex top/bottom options. I am currently unable to connect it to wifi in order to use from my app, I need to call customer service to help resolve an error I'm getting. The display is bright and touch screen and easy to use. I used to have to adjust the time and/or temperature when cooking but since getting this, I follow directions as they are written on recipes and my food comes out cooked perfectly. There are many features that I haven't gotten the chance to use yet but I am in love so far! I now just need to get the matching built in microwave!
