We needed a new oven for Christmas day and I called Bray and Scarff and they sent this oven on Christmas Eve. It is beautiful, the racks move smoothly, easy to use and the dinner was pretty darn good.

Purchased this oven to replace our failing 10 year old Monogram double oven. We've had it one week and it's DOA. Lights won't turn off, oven won't work because it's telling us doors aren't closed... obviously a bad door switch? GE Service has nobody in our area to service us... We bought a new oven to avoid issues over the holidays... looks like no turkey for our 12 guests coming next week.. Not a happy camper right now. Should have kept our old failing oven instead... Total disappointment and frustration!! Too much technology ready to fail!!!

I love the simple outer design of these ovens and the extended shelf in the top oven. The alarm stays on until you turn it off which I find a relief as my last oven would stop the alarm after a ding or two and if I wasn’t in the same room I’d never know. I haven’t used the cleaning setting yet so no news on that.

We just replaced our old GE profile double ovens with new ones today. Unfortunately the installers threw away the box with our probe and instructions before it could be recovered. So I’m hoping Holllowsys gets us a new probe soon. I cooked two items today and have to say I need to get adjusted to my new ovens. My old GE convection oven was 20 years old and probably new technology at that time. I’m finding the new convection takes longer to cook and doesn’t brown baked goods the same way. I’ll figure that out. In the meantime I’m happy that I can get back to my gourmet cooking. It was a long wait during COVID and I was getting sick of the grill.
