I have been using my new Samsung double oven for the past two weeks and still have not been able to use all the features! This oven has been one of the best appliances I have ever had in my kitchen. The day of installation went so smoothly and the installers were extremely professional and made sure everything was working correctly before leaving. The black stainless finish gave our kitchen the perfect blend of sleek design without the shiny stainless we were getting tired of. It has an innovated display which gives options to use the easy to read knobs or touch screen. The screen also provides a Healthy Cook and Gourmet Cook option with preselected cooking recipe options to make meal prep easier. The inside of this large capacity oven is extremely bright and so versatile. It has many adjustable racks which provides so many options for large meal cooking, but my favorite is the gliding rack which makes checking on dishes so convenient and easy to remove from the oven. We have tried roasts, frozen pizzas and casseroles and each one has been cooked evenly from the inside out. There are nine options for cooking mode which includes your standard bake , convection and broil but also has a steam function which I can not wait to try! Each day we discover a new feature with this oven that we absolutely love. It has made cooking so fun and has even helped to get the whole family involved in our meal prep. This double oven was our first Samsung appliance but will definitely not be our last.

blew a thermal fuse on self-clean; took two weeks to fix. now, i get an error every couple months and have to reset the breaker. also, the clock won't display 24/7.
