I’m disappointed in this purchase. I had a GE microwave that came with my house when I purchased my home 11 years ago that died. I replaced it with this one as all others were a long wait period to receive and install and it was on sale. I thought I wouldn’t mind giving up a few options if I could have it installed sooner, but that was my mistake. My old microwave had sensor cooking and was a bit larger. I knew this one was not, however I didn’t realize how high the rotating dish sat up from the bottom of the microwave. My last one was recessed into the bottom so it sat flush with the floor of the microwave. I am constantly hitting the dish when I put things in. The door is also very clunky and loud when you close it. The buttons are also in a strange location compared to my last one. If it weren’t for the fact that all other microwaves had a 1-2 month wait I would have had Best Buy take it back. Next time I’ll wait the extra time to get a better model. It’s not a bad microwave but do your research if you are replacing a higher grade version so you are not disappointed.
