So far this microwave is good. I moved into my new about a year ago and it had this exact microwave and within a year it stopped working. It wasn’t very old so I’m really hoping this doesn’t happen again.

Happy and satisfied with the features, quality. Installation was simple and we’re pleased we chose this microwave. Easy to operate and many quality features seen on more expensive ovens. Would purchase again!

Everything about this unit is noisy. The door is loud when you open and close it. It vents automatically when the microwave is in use. The vent itself is loud, even on low. Furthermore, I am unhappy with prior reliability. The builder had a builder GE model that died a bit after 1 year. As a previous GE customer, we bought another that was just 2 years old when it broke too. We bought the same one figuring the bolt pattern for installation would be the same, but it’s not. The up side is that it’s easy to use.
