Bought this microwave 5/7/22. Used it about 3 times, cooking a steamer bag of corn, heard a click, went out and never worked again!! No, it was not the breaker..the microwave just stopped working! 1 month we had this microwave..now we have been trying to get it serviced for a month now, to only have GE, set up service appointments and cancel by the end of the day twice so far..TERRIBLE, WILL NEVER BUY GE APPLIANCES AGAIN!!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME..WE PAID $289.00 FOR THIS PIECE OF JUNK!!! NOT WORTH IT, NOT HAPPY AT ALL !!!!!!

Just a little complicated to install after we were told it was a direct replacement for an older model. Nothing lined up with older mount points and to become a recirculation unit the fan unit and ventilation ports had to be modified.

After 3 years, the door switch went out so if you pulled on the door to stop the "cooking", the breaker tripped and you had to reset the breaker. Worked fine as long as you didn't open it during cooking. Then, went to warm something up and as soon as I hit the 30 seconds button, the breaker tripped. Over and over. Turns out this is a know problem with this unit. My last microwave lasted me 14 years... never had this issue. This one didn't even last 4 years.
