The microwave works great. I had cosmetic issues with the original microwave and it took nearly 6 months to get is resolved. In other matters I STILL have not received my $200 rebate for purchasing 4 new appliances last August. Very frustrating. Cannot get anyone to respond with a correct phone # or email addres..
