We purchased this microwave as our other one stopped working. This one is larger on the inside and has more features than our old one. Not sure we will use all of them but nice to have the option to do so. The microwave works great and we are very happy with our purchase so far.

When I had to replace my over-the-oven microwave I investigated which brands would fit in the opening and customer ratings of those brands. I kept seeing the unfamiliar LG brand. Upon further investigation I learned that its a relatively new company but had good ratings. Given that the price included installation as well as hauling off the old microwave I had to give it a chance. Ive been very pleased with its perfomance all the options it has.

I bought this unit and had it installed 2 weeks later. It worked for 1 week and stopped working. After almost a month of BS I finally got it fixed by LG and it works. What a nightmare . I dont know if I would recommend this to anyone. They had to replace the entire computer system

Recent replacement for a broken unit. Lots of buttons for specific functions many of which I havent used yet. Still learning. One criticism: viewing window is very restrictive due to large blackout area on the door. Makes it very difficult for anyone who is shorter than six feet to see what is going on inside the oven when the microwave is installed over a kitchen stove. Otherwise a smart looking addition to our kitchen with many useful features
