purchased this model to replace 6yr old model. the sensor cook no longer worked and it was not worth repairing. microwave works as advertised. fit the space perfectly above the stove. this model is still as noisy as the previous. autodefrost still too strong and long and tends to cook parts of the item being defrosted.

This appliance was installed in a complete remodel of kitchen and began using 6 months ago. Excellent microwave with great features. Even with the rotating feature, cooking sometimes seems uneven.

within a year, the door latch broke and it has issues with the “stop/cancel” button. a call to samsung for assistance and i was informed that the product was out of warranty and i’d have to pay out of pocket for any repairs. would not recommend.

my microwave came with an extremely loud noise that three technicians have been unable to figure out. its been a nightmare. i wish i had gone with another brand.
