door latched failed and i attempted to get a fix. service provider decided it would be better for me to get an e-coupon to buy another new one. i have not received the coupon yet.

i bought a 4 appliances from samsung.com. unfortunately the freeze hit texas resulting in no power and water and delaying the opening of my appliance by more than 15 days (samsung return policy). as a result i opened a box with a dented microwave that does not work. after multiple calls, i got the following email: ***the shipping damage on your samsung microwave model me17r7021eg/aa, is not covered under the warranty due to the nature of the damage, and that the issue was reported on march 01, 2021 which is after 15 days return policy. order#: xxxxxxxxxxx buy samsung but not from samsung.com
