it have tried repeatedly to simply microwave a bag of microwave popcorn. it won’t pop more than a handful of kernals. seems to be on convection all the time. because of this, if iuse plastic bowls the get too hot. instructions are no help at all.

I bought this a couple of months ago when my former Microwave stopped working properly. So far, I love it! I really like that it does all that a Microwave can do with great presets, AND is a convection oven that cooks like an air fryer for healthier alternative to frying. I also really like the fan and the LED light under the Microwave. We use it daily and are very pleased with the performance of this Microwave oven.
