I bought this microwave for a VRBO. It quit working during my first guests stay. I have been on hold with GE for 30 minutes and cannot get any help.

The microwave is great we are using it to replace a 14 year old GE SpaceSaver the big problem is after it being installed I realize that it no longer has a front venting for the recirculating feature it vents up in the front and the microwave needs to stick out by a few inches to clear your top cabinets which obviously it didn't so we have to open up the cabinet doors to get some venting there's no way we can put in the charcoal filter calling GE no solutions except for a bump out kit which they stopped manufacturing so trying to get a resolution to it and have not gotten any further than that so if you get it make sure you measure your depth carefully and make sure that your cabinets are shallow enough to allow at least four inches of it's sticking out that proper venting if you're using the recirculating feature
