First purchased JUN2017 and used mainly to warm up dishes or cook popcorn. Lasted until SEP2021 (4 yrs 3 mo). The quoted repair cost was almost the same cost of a new microwave. So I opted for a new microwave, hope it lasts longer.

Had to have the installers come back to check the fan. They said there was something blocking after the first improper install. Well ... Left vent fan better then right. If your cooking on front burners nothing gets sucked up. Not the best. Could it be the install again.???? We had the Professionals. The wave itself is ok seems a little slow but liveable

We like the product it works fine. We had two GE microwave before this is our third. We got about 17 years out of them. We have one big compliant the lightbulbs are very hard to replace. We had to move the oven to replace the bulb and the prongs on it bended very easy. We gave up!
