We bought this to replace our overhead fan, and this is perfect. It has a fan that automatically comes on if your stove gets smoky, Great for those who burn food lol.

This unit was just installed. It replaces a similar model GE JVM1950, which I bought in 2013 and went bad after almost 10 years of good service. The cost of repairing it exceeded the cost of a buying a new one. I am hoping to get at least another good 10 years from the new one.
