I just wish we could turn off the noise. I like all the express cook options and the way that the stop and pause buttons are separate.

Something happened to our new GE microwave that caused it to freeze sometimes. The repair man came today and replaced the computer panel. Its ok now.

I have Model JVM1631BB007 and while it runs it no longer heats. Is Model JVM3160RFSS a good replacement? Can I use the same rear wall mounting plate that is already in place with this new unit? It vents to the interior.
