The touchpad is extremely user friendly and simple to understand. This is the best ever microwave I have ever used. Head and shoulder over the competitors of similar units. Tks.

Great Product except for one flaw

I love my microwave. It's easy to use and clean. Except for one flaw the handle broke. It broke off at the top. It's cracked just below the handle support bracket. So I have to replace the bracket as well as the handle itself. My issue is after some research I see so many have had this problem. So frustrating to deal with this. I know it doesn't make sense to purchase from GE since parts are more expensive For their price I can buy a New Micowave. The handle broke after the warrenty too. Still I feel if it's a defect and issue for so many they need to come up with a better design. I usually don't write reviews. I like GE products vs. other companies. However did want some to be aware thjis may happen as it did to myself and others.

The new microwave matches the white GE stove I put in 20 years ago. Looks beautiful. But I hate the sound of when you open and close the door. Very tiny and I hope it wont break. I only own it two week and use it many times a day. Here’s hoping that it will be no problem. But it works perfectly now. Fingers crossed.

It's a good size , but the lights underneath ( that are great) get extremely hot inside the unit and out. Not sure if this is the way it is supposed to be.
