This is a replacement for a similar GE microwave that did not last more five years. I hope we have better luck with this one. I like how it works, just not that I had to buy a new one so soon.

The microwave works as intended although the button arrangement is not intuitive and requires extra button push before entering in your time to cook. The vent fan is rather loud. I suggest GE to include the decibel level of the fan on all their products. I would have given this 4 stars, however, the installation template is not to scale and I drilled holes that did not line up with the rear mounting bracket. Someone needs to redo the template as the holes on the right side of the bracket do not line up at all. I also had to redrill holes for the top mount locations as they didn't line up exactly right either. - JDL-Professional Engineer
