Make sure to read manual as this microwave is not as simple as the older versions. Setting the clock is not intuitive.

This oven does it all... microwave, fry, grill, bake, broil. I don't like to use my big oven especially in the summer, it heats up my entire place. I was looking for a microwave/convection oven combo and have been looking at the Samsung for a while but it does even more than I knew. I love it!!!

Great product. I couldn't give it more than three stars because of few things: 1. When i first got the microwave, the top back area is a bit scuffed. Made me wonder if its a returned product or just poorly handled. 2. When i open the microwave door the microwave shifts out of place. I always have to hold the microwave when opening/closing the door. Except for the above mentioned, its a great appliance. Sleek design and well functioning.

The 1st microwave came with a damaged housing - big time dented on the top - this didn't happen due to shipping - this happened in the factory and it was put into a box sealed up and then shipped with the damaged housing "dented top" - I brought it back to Home Depot and ordered another microwave and guess what - the housing had a little dent in the top - again shipped from the factory with the damage - I am keeping the microwave because the dent isn't bad - but come on Samsung - be more careful and thoroughly inspect the product before it's packaged for shipment or make a stronger housing - the housing on this product is almost like tin - I hope you will share this opinion with others bottom line - better inspection of the microwave and better housing -
