This is an updated version of my old glass cooktop. What I love about this version is there is no more glass!! It is all porcelain and cleans up very easily with no scratches! Also, the model before had 4 separate burner grates whereas this version has larger steel grates that cover the whole cooktop so I can use the other burner areas as holding places for hot plates or pans.
