Haven't had much time to use the unit as it was just installed yesterday. However, the review is based on the installation issue we had. When we went to install the cooktop, there was almost a quarter inch difference from one end of the unit to the other end. I initially thought it was our new counter until we laid a long level across the front of the unit and it showed the gap on that as well. The two center installation points were not in the right place to fix this issue.

Installed this cooktop two weeks ago, and it went in so easily. It boils water quickly, is easy to see and control the flame, and it's easy to keep clean (black). This replaces a 10 year old electric cooktop. How can good cooks cook on those things? I am very happy with this purchase. If you want to hear a complaint, then here: the knobs turn counter clockwise. To me that's counter intuitive.

I waited a long time to purchase my new cooktop. Michael at Charlies Heating & Cooling put it in place. Love to cook with gas. Radiant cooktops are a waste .
