There's really not one feature I don't LOVE about the GE Profile cooktop! First, the lighted dials indicate when a burner is on, which prevents me from accidentally leaving it on... which may or may not have happened a handful of times in the past. ;) Speaking of the dials, there's a safety dial that you allows you to turn off the gas, possibly preventing little hands (or perhaps dementia adults???) from accidentally turning on a burner. There is a large pot burner, great for those giant stew pots and steamers, getting the heat right where you need it. The heavy cast iron griddle has become a staple in our home and the continuous stainless subsurface is so easy to clean.
