We have had this cooktop for 9 months and we couldn't be more pleased with it. Awesome high power center burner that boils water in 1/2 the time of our previous cooktop. Controls are hefty and made of metal (no cheap plastic) and are grouped in the front center to provide maximum cooking area. The continuous grates are heavy duty and allow us to slide pans from one burner to another. It is very stylish and looks great in our kitchen. And last but not least, it is so easy to clean, just spray and wipe. I would definitely buy this cooktop again.

We upgraded about 4 months ago from a mid-grade cooktop to this upper-end Maytag unit. The stainless steel construction combined with the heavy duty commercial grade grates makes for a great looking unit that is very functional. Our previous cooktop was a pain to keep clean and this new stainless unit is a breeze to clean. Just spray and wipe, no scrubbing. The metal controls (not plastic which is common) are clustered together in the center front area which opens up more cooking space on the grates. The continuous grate makes moving pans around on the cooktop very easy. The center power burner is super powerful and boils water in about half the time of our previous unit. The low level simmer settings on the center burner (yes it does both) also works very well. There are two other burners that also simmer sauces well without burning. This cooktop is both stylish and a high performer.

New kitchen. New appliances. 5 burners! 5 large soup pots fit for cooking at the same time. The knobs are out of the way for little hands too..Love this cooktop!

We had a gas cooktop in our previous house and my wife liked the features , this model from Maytag has all of that and a look and performance like much more expensive products out in the marketplace.. Installation was easy and cooking with it meets all of our expectations.. Find one near you and check it out
