We have had our Maytag gas cooktop for just a couple of months now as we built a new home. I love the look of it. It looks much like a professional chef stove top, and thus far it is pretty easy to clean, which is a plus! I am hoping the duraguard protective finish is going to continue to make it easy to clean.I would recommend this to anyone looking for a gas stove top! I am extremely satisfied with mine!

Burners and caps are not fit tightly, they are easily knocked out. the grates are too high, it takes longer to cook because the flame can't reach the pan. The printings around the control knobs area are extremely light and not readable. I wish I can return this cooktop.

I bought this a few months ago, and found it to be of only average quality. The grills are quite heavy (good), but they don't fit well on the cooktop with only small rubber feet and dimples on the cooktop. The gas pressure reducing valve is a problem, since the flame on a single burner goes down when an additional burner is lit.
