brand new cooktop didn't turn on all cooking surfaces. reported but samsung said that is normal design. i have used smooth cooktop from other brand for 20 years but didn't see that issue.

My mom and my wife use the cooktop more than I do. The food always cooks really well. When I cook, the food doesnt burn either. It cooks pretty evenly. Its a little small for our kitchen, but it looks nice and works great considering we use ours all day everyday! We're all happy!
